If you are looking for charm and luxury, don't miss the Svetlana Villa, a private beautiful villa located 300 m from the beach in Popovka, Western Crimea. This small resort town is known with its lovely sandy beaches and the Kazantip Festival held here every year in the beginning of August.

Our brand new villa opened its door in 2012. It is a boutique property with only 10 rooms and one detached 2 bedroom cottage set in the backyard. All rooms are modern, spacious, tastefully decorated in a contemporary style and luxuriously outfitted, with a large comfy king size bed and good quality bedding. Also, there are fold-out sofas in certain rooms. Amenities include: Western style bathroom with a shower cubicle, air-conditioning, satellite, WiFi, fridge. The rooms have either access to a terrace or private patio where you can sit out in the mornings and evenings.

The guests can use a full, well equipped kitchen, BBQ and other facilities of the villa.

The staff are very helpful and quick to attend to any requests you may make. You can expect to be treated like royalty!
