Our vacation rental welcomes holiday makers as well as guests of the Kazantip Festival. It takes 15 minutes to walk from the house to the beach and venue of Kazantip Festival.

We hire out 17 rooms, each can accommodate from 2 to 4 guests. There are comfortable rooms with air-conditioning and en-suite bathrooms as well as cheap budget class rooms. The property amenities include: WiFi, well-maintained outdoor guest area with shaded pergolas, outside and covered dining area, barbeque.

No guest policy: Visitors are not permitted. This is enforced to hamper influx of strangers into the residence as a safety measure.

Comfort rooms:
• Single beds, air-conditioning, private bathroom with a shower and toilet, TV. Price: $130 (double occupancy), $170 (triple occupancy), $200 (quad occupancy).
Standard double rooms:
• Two single beds, private bathroom with a shower and toilet, fan, TV. Price: $110 (double occupancy).
• Two single beds, private toilet, sink, fan. Shared shower facilities. Price: $100 (double occupancy)
Budget rooms:
• Two single beds. Shared shower facilities & toilet. Price: $65 (double occupancy).
