Location: The guesthouse is situated in the resort town of Zaozernoye, which is a satellite town of Evpatoria. The Evpatoria region is well-known as the best children resort thanks to the unique natural and healing features of the sand, mud and mineral waters, mild climate, crystal clean shallow sea and gold sandy beaches. The beaches of the Western Crimea are also so popular because the sea gets warm earlier than, let’s say in the Southern or Eastern Crimea. In July-August the water may be as warm as 27 degrees centigrade. The shallow sea and gold sandy beaches make the area a perfect place for family holidays, with children.
Accommodation: the 3-storey guesthouse was built in 2007. It has 24 suites, each can sleep 2-4 people. Maximum occupancy is 70 guests. The well-maintained rooms with ensuite bathrooms are appointed with quality beds and furniture, a fridge, TV, air-conditioning. The house has 24 hour cold/warm water supply, outdoor guest area, playground, car parking lot.
Beach: A wide, fine sandy beach is only 450 meters away.
Meals are available at the cafe on site. Three meals a day cost $13 only.
Rehabilitation: is available at the well-equipped Rehabilitation Centers and sanatoriums nearby. They focus on the treatment of persons with spinal cord injuries and other physical disabilities as well as of diseases of the upper respiratory tract, the peripheral nervous, endocrine, blood, and digestive systems.
