Simferopol International Airport (SIP)
Simferopol International Airport is one of the largest and busiest air transportation hubs in Ukraine in terms of passenger traffic. It can handle up to 750 arriving passengers and 750 departing ones per hour. The airport hosts a number of air carriers that operate regularly scheduled and charter flights to over 70 destinations, including both domestic and international routes. There are direct flights from/to: Kiev, Lviv, Donetsk, Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Chelyabinsk, Krasnoyarsk, Yerevan, Tashkent, Samara, Novosibirsk, Ufa, Khabarovsk, Kazan, Frankfurt am Main, Tel Aviv, Istanbul. In 2011, Simferopol International Airport celebrated its 75th year in operation.

Simferopol Train Station
The Simferopol train station serves as a gateway to the city and to the whole Crimea region. Also it is considered to be one of the main architectural sights of Simferopol. The building of the train station, built in 1951 was designed by the famous architect A.N. Dushkin.

Vostochnaya Bus Station operates services to the North/Eastern part of Crimea, including Belogorsk, Kirovskoye, Nizhnegorsky, Sovietsky.
Trolleybuses operate between 6:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. They run on set routes and have designated stops. The numbers and destinations are indicated on the plates. Trolleybuses run throughout the city along all major streets. The frequency of service is every 10 - 15 minutes. The fare is 1 Hryvnia per person, per boarding.
Shared routed taxicab (marshrutka) is the most favoured and common means of public transport in Simferopol. The taxicabs follow fixed routes and reach almost every corner of the city as well as suburbs. The service runs every 5-10 minutes between 6:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. The fare is 2.75 Hryvnia per ride.
